A New Beginning

I love that the theme this month is “A New Beginning.” Doesn’t that just fill your body, mind and spirit with feelings of hope, excitement, anticipation, and curiosity?

The interesting thing about this is that you don’t even have to know what you want your new beginning to be about! You don’t have to have a clue as to what area it involves. All you have to DO is know that you’re ready for new beginnings! Your actions do speak louder than words!

Here are some affirmations you can use within your morning practice of mindfulness or before bedtime:

-I now allow my new beginning to unfold and emerge in divine timing.

-I realize my power and can harness love and peace within my heart to heal and set myself free

-I release my past and bring all of my loving awareness to this moment.

-I forgive myself and allow my heart to expand with greater Love

-I embrace change and trust in the Divine to guide me towards my next step

-I expand my awareness to bring forth new ideas, creations and opportunities that align with my soul’s purpose

If you have decided to choose the affirmations that resonate with you the most, then you are telling your subconscious that you are ready for “A New Beginning.” I particularly love this exercise because I love seeing what will literally drop into my lap when I put this energy and vibration out in the universe.

As you are speaking or writing one of these affirmations try to imagine that the vibrations of your message are pulsating out into the furthest corners of the universe. As it cycles and returns to you, it brings people, situations, opportunities and options back to you to MATCH your message or affirmation! Isn’t that just incredible?

Back in the day I had stated, “I’m ready to receive more help and energy in my business.” Well, guess what? The very next day I received an email from a young lady who was applying for the intern position with my company…I had opened the position with the college more than a year ago! I had interviewed several candidates for the position early on, but I had never found just the right fit. So I called the young woman and interviewed her. “Perfectly suited” to the position is the only way to describe her! She was fascinated by the topics I write about and the core of my work. She was responsible, intelligent, creative, a hard worker, witty and a dream to add to my team.

Are you ready to attract some good energy? Do you want to pull it close? Decide which affirmations from above best suit you, and let me know what “drops” into your lap!
